A.A.M.S. FEES AND SERVICES

MEDIATION
Case Opening Fee: Based upon the sliding scale.
A mediation session is 3 hours in duration. Each party's fee for each of the first two mediation sessions, payable before each session, is set according to the sliding scale below, based on each party's individual income. After a second session, the fee is a flat rate of $150 per party per hour.

CONCILIATION
Case Opening Fee: Based upon the sliding scale.
Disputes that do not go to mediation but are resolved with the assistance of A.A.M.S. are subject to a one time sliding scale fee set forth below, payable by each party at the time the matter is resolved.

MEETING FACILITATION
A facilitation session is 3 hours in duration. Each business or organization's fee is payable before each session, and set according to the sliding scale below, based upon each business or organization's gross income. After a second session, the fee is a flat rate of $250 per hour.

ARBITRATION
Initiation Fee $50
Session Fee Based upon Sliding Scale (see below)

Initiation fee is due at the time of filing a Demand for Arbitration or Arbitration Submission Agreement.

SESSION FEES
An arbitration session is approximately 3 hours in duration. Time that the arbitrator spends on pre-arbitration proceedings such as conference calls and reviewing pre-arbitration briefs are to be included in calculation of the fee. Each party's fee for each of the first two arbitration sessions is payable two weeks before each session, and set according to the sliding scale below, based on each party's individual, business or organization's income, whichever is applicable. After a second session, the fee is a flat rate of $150 per party per hour.

POSTPONEMENT FEES Any party requesting a continuance is required to pay a postponement fee of $75. See A.A.M.S. Arbitration Rules and Procedures for further details.

Please note: A.A.M.S. Staff has the authority to reduce or waive any fees based on extenuating circumstances or financial need.
