•Take-down notices and “safe harbors” under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act

SPEAKER: Bill O’Brien, Esq. is a trial and appellate lawyer with more than 19 years of experience in intellectual property cases. Bill has extensive experience with copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, patent, and idea submission cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.  His work has involved I.P. rights in subjects ranging from films to military aircraft, from music to medical devices, and from infomercials to advanced chemistry. He has successfully represented clients in major jury trials and in the federal and state appellate courts.
