Please join CLA as we present Bay Area Attorney and photographer Amitai Schwartz. This workshop will address legal issues in connection with the creation, use, and sale of photographic images, including ownership, reproduction and manipulation, copyright, invasion of privacy, and First Amendment rights. Special attention will be given to internet related issues for photographers.


Presenter
Amitai Schwartz is a lawyer in private practice with over 40 years experience. He previously worked as a staff attorney at the ACLU of Northern California. He is an active photographer and has led this workshop on behalf of CLA since 2006.

San Francisco Women Artists (SFWA), founded in 1887, is an historic nonprofit arts organization that continues to support, promote, and exhibit  the works of talented Bay Area women artists. SFWA hosts monthly juried shows, showcasing paintings, photography, ceramics, sculpture, and jewelry created by member artists.
