Arts Resolution Services, a national collaborative project funded by the NEA, several foundations and government agencies, coordinates alternative dispute resolution, facilitation and negotiations services for the use of the arts community throughout the country. Individual artists as well as arts organizations can use Arts Resolution Services to resolve conflicts concerning copyright, contracts, facilities, board and staff relations, artistic control and censorship.
