This workshop will provide an overview of trademarks--what they are, what they mean, and ways they can help you create a strong brand identity. The program will include an introduction to trademark selection and registration, including practical tips for filing a trademark application; an overview of the spectrum of distinctiveness; and a discussion of methods to enforce trademark rights.
