This workshop will address legal issues concerning the use and sale of photographic images, including ownership, reproduction, copyright, manipulation, model and property releases.

Richard J. Greenstone practices copyright, trademark, licensing, and transactional law for the computer, entertainment, and publishing industries in San Francisco representing multimedia and online media companies, domain name owners, software, book and magazine publishers, programmers, authors, actors, artists, and producers throughout California, the United States, and the world. Richard Greenstone has over twenty nine years of legal experience in these industries and substantive law areas.

Richard Greenstone is an avid photographer. From October 2010 through January 2011 Richard Greenstone work is featured in a solo art show at Zindagi in San Francisco. You can see some of Richard's pictures in the show on his Facebook website Reflected Eye.
