Are you a filmmaker? Would you like to know how to protect your art? What are your protected rights as a filmmaker? Want insight into the copyright or trademark registration process for films? If you have these questions or others related to the art and business of filmmaking, then this clinic is for you!

The Filmmakers Legal Clinic is an opportunity to talk to an attorney concerning your filmmaking questions. As a participant, you will be scheduled for a 20 - 30 minute one-on-one consultation with an attorney over the phone or in-person on August 30, 2023.

Once you have registered, one of our team members will be reaching out to discuss your question and assist with scheduling. We must speak to you before your registration is confirmed. There will be no consultations for unconfirmed registrants and no walk-ins welcome.

Time: The first round of consultations will be conducted over the phone or in-person at 2:00pm PST on August 30, 2023. 

Location: Over the phone or an office located in Culver City (Please note, if you are attending in-person, you should arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your scheduled consultation with appropriate identification to check-in).

Cost: $20 for nonmembers; $10 for members.
