10:00-11:15AM - PANEL : Protecting Creativity: The Intellectual Rights of Visual Artists

This panel brings together leading legal experts to explore key legal issues for visual artists, including copyright, contracts, intellectual property rights, and licensing. Experts will provide insights on protecting artwork, negotiating fair agreements, and navigating legal challenges to ensure artists can safeguard and monetize their creative work. This panel also aims to equip attorneys and other arts professionals to better support and advise working artists.
